WOR 710 Announces All New Programming Line-Up For 2014

New York, NY – December 9, 2013 – Clear Channel Media and Entertainment announced today an all-new 2014 programming line-up for New York’s News/Talk station WOR 710 AM.
Iconic radio talk show hosts Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, the top two radio talk show hosts in the country, will be heard on WOR beginning January 1 in mid-day, with Limbaugh broadcasting from noon to 3 p.m. and Hannity from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Syndicated by Clear Channel’s Premiere Networks, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity are the top-ranking Talk format radio hosts in New York with persons 12+(Source: Nielsen Audio, PPM, November 2013, P 12+.)

WOR listeners will also be able to enjoy the highly successful morning show “Elliot in the Morning” as part of the new line-up beginning on January 13. Elliot Segal and his team, currently heard on Washington DC’s WWDC – DC101 – and Richmond’s WRXL, will bring their entertaining morning show to WOR in the new year, discussing sports, music, culture, news and entertainment topics weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. “Elliot in the Morning” will now be broadcasted from New York City and will continue to be heard on DC101 and WRXL.

The Joan Hamburg Show (Saturdays & Sundays) 10 a.m. - Noon
In addition, as announced last month, WOR will also become the flagship radio station of the New York Mets beginning 2014. The station will broadcast The Mets’ Spring Training, regular season and post-season games as well as the team’s pre- and post-game shows. Beyond broadcasting the games on WOR, the alliance includes Mets-related programming and promotion through all of Clear Channel's multi-platform media assets, including radio, digital, outdoor and its music/entertainment events.
