Rick Baran Named EVP/Chief Financial Officer for Clear Channel Radio

SAN ANTONIO – Clear Channel Radio announced today that it has named Rick Baran as EVP/Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Baran will oversee all financial and administrative operations for Clear Channel Radio as well as oversee the CCR Strategic Initiatives Office and its Business Affairs division. He will be part of the company’s senior management team and report directly to Clear Channel Radio President and CEO John Hogan.

Baran, who has been with Clear Channel since 2010, previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance Operations for the company’s corporate office. He joined Clear Channel from CBS Corporation, where his tenure included serving as Executive Vice President and CFO for CBS TV Stations, responsible for the financial performance and tactical execution of all CBS-owned and operated stations.
