Pamela Wallace Named Chief Financial Officer For Clear Channel Digital

New York, NY – February 27, 2012 – Pamela Wallace has been named Chief Financial Officer for Clear Channel Digital.  She will oversee all accounting and financial operations for Clear Channel Digital, National Programming Platforms and Strategic Partnerships.  Wallace will report to Brian Lakamp, President of Clear Channel Digital, effective immediately.
 
In her new role, Wallace will be responsible for the day to day financial and administrative operations for Clear Channel Digital.  She will manage the annual budgets and will work closely with Lakamp as well as Rick Baran, Clear Channel Media and Entertainment’s CFO, Tom Poleman, Clear Channel’s President of National Programming Platforms and Michele Laven, Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.  Wallace will also analyze new business partnerships and acquisition targets, with a focus on leveraging Clear Channel’s radio brands and expanded suite of digital products, including iHeartRadio, Clear Channel’s industry-leading digital radio service, to cultivate new revenue opportunities.

Wallace joins Clear Channel Digital from CBS Corporation, where she most recently was Controller of their flagship station.  At CBS, she led and managed all facets of the corporate financial operations for multiple stations.  Wallace has more than 15 years of experience providing corporate financial management and council.
