iHeartRadio Launches In Select Toyota Entune™ Multimedia System’s In The 2012 Camry And Prius v

Gives Drivers Access to More Than 800 of the Nation’s Most Popular Broadcast and Digital-Only Stations on the Road, Wherever They Go

New York, NY – November 2, 2011 – Clear Channel Radio, the leading media company in America with a greater reach than any radio or television outlet, today announced the integration of iHeartRadio, its free, industry-leading digital radio service, into Toyota’s Premium HDD Navigation with Entune™ multimedia system in select 2012 Camry and 2012 Prius v vehicles.

iHeartRadio's integration in Entune will allow drivers to easily access Clear Channel’s 800 broadcast radio and commercial-free digital-only stations from 150 cities, as well as unique celebrity-hosted channels, local traffic reports and commercial-free shows from Ryan Seacrest, Elvis Duran and the some of the best DJs and hosts from across the country.

“One of the exciting things about iHeartRadio's presence into two of Toyota's newest models is that it affords us another way to deliver on our promise to be wherever our listeners are with the programming and services they want and expect — and millions of them drive Camrys, America’s best-selling car, and Prius vehicles, the world’s best-selling hybrid car.  It makes perfect sense that Clear Channel would partner with Toyota to include iHeartRadio, the leading digital radio service, in these vehicles,” said Brian Lakamp, President of Clear Channel Digital. “Now Camry and Prius v drivers will be able to tune into their favorite radio stations from 150 cities, as well as stay connected to their favorite on-air personalities and hosts, from any location across the country and never have to worry about driving out of range of their favorite stations.”

“With the inclusion of iHeartRadio, we enhance the experience of driving Toyota vehicles equipped with our state-of-the-art Entune multimedia system,” said Jon Bucci, Vice President, Advanced Technology Department, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A.  “The ability to bring more music choice to Toyota owners with iHeartRadio is one of the reasons for the wide appeal of Toyota Entune.”

Toyota’s Entune leverages the driver’s mobile smartphone to create a rich in-vehicle experience that offers fully integrated and upgradeable navigation, entertainment and information services.  iHeartRadio will be available on select Entune-equipped vehicles.   The Entune multimedia system is compatible with iPhone, Android and Blackberry mobile devices.
